FAQ

Wagering requirements at Heaps o Wins are written as multipliers that tell you how many times you must play through qualifying funds before you can withdraw bonus-related winnings. Examples: A 20xB no deposit bonus means you must wager the bonus amount 20 times on qualifying slots before withdrawing. A 30x(D+B) welcome means you must wager the combined deposit and bonus amount 30 times. Wagering progress is visible in the cashier, and the default bonus type is sticky — the bonus balance must be cleared by wagering before withdrawals. Maximum bet limits apply while a bonus is active, and some games contribute differently toward playthrough. Always check the full terms before playing.

No deposit bonuses typically cap withdrawals at $100. Deposit match bonuses and welcome offers can have much higher maximum cashouts depending on the currency and promotion — check the promotion terms in the cashier for the exact US dollar cap. Bonuses are non-withdrawable until wagering requirements are met, and multiple free bonuses in a row are generally not allowed; you may need to make a deposit after a free bonus to continue. If you change your mind, you can usually cancel an active bonus via the cashier’s Cancel Coupon option, but any winnings earned prior to cancellation may be affected. Abuse of bonus rules can lead to account suspension, so follow the stated conditions.

Most bonuses are valid on slots, with some free spins tied to specific titles like Shelltastic Wins and Dragon’s Gems. The casino runs games from Real Time Gaming, and the library covers: Slots, including progressive and classic reels; Table games like blackjack and roulette; Video poker; Craps; Live dealer-style game options where available. Game mechanics like RTP, paylines, and volatility are translated into player benefits: higher RTP and low volatility generally mean more frequent, smaller wins, while higher volatility provides bigger payout potential but less frequency. Check each bonus’s eligible-games list before staking bonus money.

Enter the promotion code exactly at the cashier when required, and confirm bonus credit before playing. Check the eligible games list and maximum bet restrictions before using bonus funds. Track wagering progress in the cashier dashboard and note the offer expiration date. Don’t stack free bonuses; make a small qualifying deposit if the rules require it after a no deposit offer.
